OFFER AND CLOSING
Based on interest level of the property, we’ll draft a purchase agreement that’s positioned to ensure the seller’s acceptance.
In today’s tight market, we make every effort to help you and your offer stand out among the others. In many cases, that simply means being approachable, personable and real with the seller — something that’s second nature to us.
From there, we’ll assist you in opening an escrow account with a title company, and
Manage the escrow period, ensuring that all conditions and contingencies are addressed promptly and in accordance with the contract.
We’ll help arrange — and be present for — all inspections of the property, and
Further negotiate the final sale price, based on findings during the contingency period.
Remove conditions in accordance with the contract and sale timeline.
Coordinate with your insurance agent and the title company to make sure your policy is in effect at the close of escrow.
When everything is in place to close escrow, we’ll meet you at your new home and arrange the transfer of all documentation.
