We found Mike and Aaron by accident. My wife, Misty, and I were looking at houses in neighborhoods near where we wanted to live and we stumbled across Mike at an open house. Although we told him we were not quite ready to buy he still took his time to talk with us and get some ideas what we might be looking for. His welcoming personality and him devoting time to non-buyers had won us over. Over the next few months Mike stayed in contact with us through email. When we were finally ready to look for a house we let him know and he and Aaron took it from there. We met Aaron on the day we set aside to go look at homes. He was just as laid back and personable as Mike! We knew that day we could not have made a better choice in picking these two as our realtors. They took a situation Misty and I were dreading and made it fun, informative, and easy. Mike and Aaron truly wanted us to find our new home, not just sell us a house.We found the home we have lived in the past two years due to Mike and Aaron’s work ethic and guidance. They assisted us through the entire process, and answered every question we could throw at them with patience and knowledge. More often than not our discussions were more like friends getting together than people merely doing business. Misty and I genuinely feel we didn’t just gain two awesome realtors during this process, we also gained two very awesome friends. For this reason, we referred our daughter to them when she started looking for a home and will refer them to anyone we know who is doing the same.
