Being a client of Michael and Aaron has been a great benefit to me and my family. From our initial meeting all the way through to closing on a property they were professional, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly to me, available. When I first met them at their office they were inviting and showed a level of excitement in working with me. After the introductions I told them what type of property that I was looking for, and from that information they were able to help me not only with finding a property, but with the most logical steps to go from an idea in my mind to having the physical keys in my hand. In addition, Michael and Aaron made themselves available to answer any questions that I had and made time to visit properties for viewing. While viewing the properties they gave great strategies on how to improve the investment based on industry standards and their personal experiences. When Michael and I met with the representative of the property that I eventually bought, he was helpful in bringing up some questions that I never thought to ask. This left me in a better position to make an informed decision on the property. Moving forward I will 100% continue to work with Michael and Aaron. From my experience, the level of professionalism and client service is unmatched. When you work with them it is definitely a team dynamic versus a feeling of being just another customer.
