I had a great experience throughout the entire home buying process. Mike and Aaron are so friendly and professional that they made such a daunting experience very easy and actually fun! Mike helped me look for properties and was very knowledgable in terms of location, property, information etc. I worked primarily with Mike while searching for the right home, he is very fun and easy to talk to! after making the offer Aaron took over and was really hands on and communicative with both myself and the seller's agent. They pulled the comparable's in the neighborhood and helped me make a decision, giving the seller an offer that was fair but aggressive which helped tremendously. Mike and Aaron made sure that I was guided throughout the entire home buying process. Mike went to my closing and they both stopped by my place after I closed! which is pretty unheard of in this industry. The level of professionalism and commitment they had was very impressive. I was referred to them by a family friend and they exceeded my expectations. In terms of constructive criticism, honestly I can't think of anything right now. The whole experience was smooth and very fast! the seller was a jerk but that wasn't your fault. I liked the communication, research you did pulling the comps, negotiating etc. You are both sweethearts! and I loved working with you. Thanks for all of your help!
