Throughout the entire process, even though some parts of it were relatively new to us, our anxiety was tempered by the fact that we knew we could always get a hold of you both, no matter the day or time. And not only were you both available, you were always/and have always been a pleasure to talk to. I can't stress enough how important this was to us. It was also clear from the beginning that you were both very knowledgeable about Arizona Real Estate laws and practices. Most of the time you immediately had the answers to all of our questions, and in the rare event that you did not, you followed up very quickly with the answer.
