As first time home buyers we were your typical newly wed couple with tons of questions on the home buying process. We always said it was fate that we found Mike and Aaron as our realtors. We actually met them BEFORE we were in the market to purchase a house. We randomly stopped to view a townhouse that honestly had no intention on purchasing, we chatted with Mike and Aaron about our future needs and they said they would keep in contact. And they actually kept in contact! They checked in with us occasionally, without being pushy I might add, to see what our current needs were. And when WE were ready we got the process going! They were exactly what we needed for our first time home buying experience and were always available when we had questions or concerns. Also, we knew exactly what we wanted in our first home, and they were amazing at helping us find that perfect house. They were just as particular as us and if it wasn't right, they didn't try to convince us it was, they moved on and kept looking. When we found the right house, they made the actual buying process a breeze. They explained the process and again, if we had any questions or concerns they were always there to assist us through the process. Home buying, paperwork, timing, it can be stressful, but honestly... we didn't feel any of that. I can not give enough praise that these two go above and beyond when it comes to the WHOLE process from start to end. We couldn't be happier in our first home together and look forward to working with them again when the times comes to upgrade.
