Mike and Aaron were the best Realtors we could have asked for through the buying process. At first I reached out to Mike to see if he could help us find a rental home, we didn't think we could afford to buy a home at that time. Mike told us he could definitely help us out with that. Once we started talking, he set my fiancé and I up to sit with a lender to see how much we could afford. Turns out, we could afford a ton more then we were thinking in the beginning. This in turn started the home hunting process! At first, my fiancé and I were reaching for the sky and found a few homes that were on the higher end of our budget. We ended up finding a home that we fell in love with and decided to move forward with the offer/buying process. After much thinking throughout that day, as Mike and Aaron were working tirelessly on our offer, we realized we were in way over our heads and we wouldn't be able to afford life if we went forward with that home. Mike and Aaron were VERY understanding and helped us re-budget and see what price range we wanted to stay in. We looked at homes two times a week for about two months and they never ever gave up on us. We got to a point where we were losing faith in the process and ourselves. They always kept pushing us forward telling us we were going to find our perfect home. My fiancé had found a home while he was out one day with Mike. I went to go look at it a few days after and I was not sold on it at all. That is when Mike told me that he had a surprise for us and had another home in mind. We walked into that home and it was like a dream come true! It was truly the perfect home for us. Once again, we started the process of purchasing and hoping for the best. Mike and Aaron kept us filled in on every aspect of the process and answered any and all questions we had. Turns out we got the home and an amazing phone call from them congratulating us. Since purchasing our home, over a year ago, Mike and Aaron have still been a huge staple in our lives. We know we can always reach out to them with any questions and they will be more then happy to get back to us. They often text or call us just to check in and make sure that everything is going good with us. They have been absolutely amazing and I have recommended them every chance I get! We couldn't have made it through this process if it wasn't for them being as great as they were! Thank you Mike and Aaron!!!!! We appreciate everything you guys have done for us!
