Mike and Aaron were professional and diligent through our entire process. Weekends, evenings, even holidays -- they dropped what they were doing to put our search and purchase first. That's almost impossible to find. They made the home search process fun, rather than stressful. They knew exactly what we wanted, and with their hard-work, we found the perfect home. They located it before the house even went on the market, got us in to view it within minutes of identifying it, and we had an offer in within an hour of the house being listed. When we look back at the experience, we are truly happy with how things turned out. It was a stressful time for us, and we were new at this process. I think you guys were learning too. I think you balance each other out -- kind of like Matt and I! One person is the better listener. The other is more type-A. I think knowing when to listen to the client -- not talk to them -- is key. Sometimes it did feel like we were talking past each other and not hearing each other. But at the end of the day, we credit Aaron with finding our home at Roman Roads. I don't think anyone else we hired would have been that on top of things. For that, we are indebted. We love our house, and we are grateful.
